Sessions typically take place on a regular basis over a prolonged period of time i.e. 2 hour meetings on a fortnightly basis for 8 weeks then on a monthly basis thereafter until the agreed contract cessation date. Thus ensuring that the client is implementing what is necessary to experience significant change.because for a great number of clients, accountability is one of the prime advantages of working with a life coach. Duration and frequency of sessions can be tailored specifically to the clients needs.
